Frequently Asked Questions

No. TeleRAD360 is a cloud-based, browser-agnostic platform. There's no hardware or software to buy, just a subscription and a web-enabled PC.

A technologist can mark an exam STAT, which moves it to the top of the radiologist's worklist and can trigger a private message reminder through TeleRAD360's built-in messenger.

Yes. TeleRAD360 provides a list of all prior reports and scanned files for a patient, viewable through the same browser-agnostic viewer, matched by patient ID.

Reports are held in a preliminary status for 5 minutes before finalizing, giving the radiologist a window to edit. After that, they can dictate an addendum, which is placed above the original report rather than replacing it.

Give radiologists their time back for reads, not exam management.
