If you are an OffSite customer and have entered into a separate written agreement with OffSite, including a Master Services Agreement, Service Agreement, Order Form, Statement of Work, Service Level Agreement, Business Associate Agreement (“BAA”), Data Processing Agreement, or other written agreement, that agreement will govern the applicable products and services provided to you.
In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a separate written agreement between you and OffSite concerning OffSite’s products or services, the separate written agreement will control with respect to those products or services.
Nothing in these Terms modifies, replaces, or supersedes any existing customer agreement.
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

OffSite provides healthcare technology and image-management services, including PACS, DICOM, cloud, archiving, routing, and related services.
The public Website is not intended for the submission, transmission, storage, or exchange of Protected Health Information (“PHI”) or other sensitive patient information.
You should not submit patient names, medical record numbers, dates of birth, clinical information, diagnostic images, or other PHI through public Website forms, email links, or other Website features unless specifically authorized by OffSite and subject to an applicable written agreement and appropriate security safeguards.
If you are an OffSite customer and need to transmit PHI or other confidential information to OffSite, you should use the secure transmission methods and systems designated by OffSite.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to create a Business Associate relationship or constitute a Business Associate Agreement. Any HIPAA obligations applicable to OffSite’s provision of services will be governed by the applicable written agreements between OffSite and its customer.
The information provided on the Website is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
OffSite is a healthcare technology and image-management services provider. OffSite does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment through the Website.
