Article details
1. Identify the Patient in iQ-Web and notate the Patient ID.
2. Click on the Search button in the Menu of iQ-Web & in the Patient ID: field search for your Patient and click on "Search By Patient" at the bottom.
3. In the Results of your Search click on the "Patient Data" Hyperlink.
4. Inside the Patient Data section click on the "Edit" Hyperlink
5. Once inside the "Edit" section, Make the Required adjustments and click on the "Modify" Button.
NOTE: anything that you change in these fields will change for the entire record in iQ-Web for that Patient.
